Onboarding Process
Onboarding begins with discovery to define the workflow, owners, constraints, and evidence needed for a decision. The engagement plan then records architecture assumptions, acceptance criteria, milestones, and review points.
First Agent Deployment
A first workflow can use sandboxed or reversible actions, integration tests, representative evaluations, shadow operation, and a customer-approved staged rollout. The exact release path and authority are agreed for the engagement.
