Before starting an ActiveMotion engagement you should have a clear understanding of the workflow you want to automate, access to the systems the agent will interact with, and a designated technical point of contact on your team.
Onboarding Process
The onboarding process begins with a thirty-minute discovery call to scope the engagement. From there we produce an architecture proposal, agree on success metrics, and begin a time-boxed implementation sprint with weekly checkpoints.
First Agent Deployment
Your first agent deployment follows our standard loop-and-verify pattern. We begin with a sandboxed environment, validate tool integrations, run evaluation suites, and then promote to production with staged traffic ramp-up.
